We’re looking for a hands-on, results-oriented Site Manager to lead daily operations and build a high-performing team.

What You’ll Do:

Leadership & Operations

• Maintain an on-site leadership presence during peak operating hours
• Ensure smooth daily operations of the wash facility, including preventative maintenance
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and brand standards across the site

Team Development

• Recruit, train, coach, and lead a team of up to 15 employees
• Create schedules, delegate responsibilities, and manage team performance
• Build a positive, motivated team culture

Sales & Business Results

• Drive membership sales and customer conversion goals
• Oversee and manage 10 controllable budget lines (e.g., wages, detergents, damage claims)
• Monitor site KPIs and deliver results aligned with company targets

Quality Control & Guest Experience

• Conduct routine site inspections to ensure wash quality and equipment performance
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and quickly
• Ensure every guest receives an excellent experience

Reporting

• Report directly to the Chief Operating Officer with weekly updates, performance reviews, and action plans

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years in a management or leadership role (retail, customer service, or hospitality preferred)
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions

Preferred Skills:

• Budget or P&L management experience
• Mechanical aptitude or familiarity with equipment maintenance
• Track record of hitting sales or performance goals

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
