Member Services Representative

Bluegrass REALTORS® is a trade association representing over 4,000 real estate professionals across Kentucky. We are currently seeking a Member Services Representative to join our team. This position will be responsible for creating a positive member experience by providing a superior level of customer service to current members and potential new members.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to incoming visitors and callers.
• Develop a working knowledge of the various types of memberships offered by the association and the benefits of membership.
• Come to understand and be able to explain the basic functions of the MLS and lockbox systems.
• Ability to accurately and timely route phone calls and visitors to the appropriate team member.
• Become familiar with REALTOR ® benefits and ancillary services provided by Bluegrass REALTORS®, as well as the Kentucky REALTORS®, and the National Association of REALTORS®.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in customer service environment managing inquires in person and via telephone or email.
• Ability to provide accurate information in a fast-paced environment and work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new things and function in a team environment.
• Proficient in adapting to new technologies
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google programs.
