As the Office Manager, your time will be spent managing the day-to-day operations of our Lexington, KY office, ensuring a seamless and efficient environment for our local team. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that Coastal’s strategic vision is translated into action across our leadership team, helping us maintain our reputation as a top-tier Salesforce partner. This part-time role requires the employee to be in the Lexington, KY office 20 hours/week during business hours (8am-5pm). Actual schedule to be determined by candidate availability.

Role Responsibilities
  • Handle all office administration duties for the Lexington, KY Office, ensuring the space is always prepared for productive work.
  • Manage and stock supplies, including ordering and inventory management of office essentials and kitchen amenities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for IT service issues for in-office employees, coordinating problem resolution with the internal technical support team.
  • Manage communication with the landlord and building management regarding maintenance, facilities, and general space inquiries.
  • Orchestrate in-office events, including planning, logistics, and execution for team meetings, culture activities, and celebrations.
  • Manage other essential in-office administration duties required to maintain a highly functional and organized environment.
Experience/Skills Required:
  • 3+ years of experience managing an office, preferably within a professional services, consulting, or SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of managing projects that involve multiple stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication skills – written and verbal.
  • Must have full-time permanent US work authorization.
Additional Preferred Experience/Skills:
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity in the Salesforce ecosystem (or eager to master it) and expert-level in Slack, Google Suite, and modern project management tools.
  • You understand billable hours, utilization rates, and the urgency required to thrive in a client-facing services business.
  • Proven ability to manage office logistics, vendor relationships, and facilities administration.
