Are you a compassionate therapist looking to make a meaningful impact on children affected by mental health and behavioral disorders? Aspire Day Treatment Program is seeking a Licensed Social Worker/Therapist to join our team and provide in-person care to the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess clients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide crisis intervention and emotional support
• Offer guidance and referrals to other agencies and services
• Maintain accurate case reports and documentation
• Collaborate with families to ensure continuity of care
• Participate in training, supervision, and team meetings

What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s degree or higher in psychology, social work, or related field
• Active LMSW/LCSW/LISW/LPCC licensure in Kentucky
• Experience working with children facing mental health and behavioral challenges
• Strong communication, empathy, and boundary-setting skills
• Knowledge of crisis intervention and case management
• Ability to actively listen, assess situations, and provide effective support
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Valid driver’s license and ability to commute to Radcliff, KY
