Loan Processor at Bank of Lexington

This is not a remote position. We are looking for an experienced loan processor who has been processing Consumer and Commercial loans. 

The position is an hourly position with working times Monday- Friday 8-5 and one saturday a month.

We currently use Laser Pro, Encompass and Jack Henry. 

• Reinforces the application of superior customer service through his or her own example along with appropriate follow through with involved customers and employees.
• Performs routine operational duties related to residential, construction and commercial mortgage loans in compliance with the Bank’s policies, procedures and related laws, rules, and regulations.
• Works with mortgage and title companies, appraisers, real estate agents and other real estate industry professionals as directed.
• Assists mortgage loan officers in the loan application process as directed; follows up on obtaining necessary information and documentation from applicants; coordinates the ordering of credit reports, flood zone determinations and UCC filings; and performs title searches, etc.
• Originates loan documentation and onboards loans; conducts loan funding and processes payments or advances as directed; distributes daily and monthly reports.
• Assures compliance with all bank policies and procedures as well as all applicable state and federal banking regulations.
• Carry out such other duties as may be assigned or requested.
